To request early or late check out please reach out and make contact with us prior to your stay and we will do our best to accommodate requests were possible. Upon booking you will receive a confirmation email, the morning of your arrival you will receive an email or text message containing a map directing you to your cottage along with a key code for access. If you do not receive this email, please contact us on 0434 692 622
Cancellation Policy
A Deposit of the first nights room rate is required on the day of your booking. Please note that we owners reserve the right to cancel a booking if a deposit is not received within 7 days of the booking. If there is a cancellation, a deposit can be transferred to another date within 3 months of the original booking. If the booking is cancelled within 7 days of your arrival date, the deposit is non-refundable. We will make every effort re-let the accommodation and if we are successful your deposit will be refunded. No show bookings - payment in full is due and payable.
COVID-19 - Please note, should a lockdown be enforced, we will refund your deposit in full or transfer it to another cottage if you wish.

With modern day life as busy as it is, give the gift of reconnection in nature with a gift certificate to experience the beauty of all Amelia and Marysville have to offer. Our beautifully presented gift certificates are valid for 12 months and can sent out via Aus post or an e-voucher can be emailed directly to yourself or the recipient. To purchase, please fill out the enquiry form, send us an email or give us a call on the details listed on your right and we will arrange this for you.
Our cottages are bound under a duty of care and damage. Should unreasonable damage or additional cleaning be required, guests will incur and be responsible for damages and additional cleaning fees.

About US
Marysville has a way of touching your heart, as it has for us for over 20 years. During this time we have witnessed the town thrive, endured the devastation that followed from the Black Saturday Bushfire event in 2009 and to now see the growth again. It is the community spirit and the natural beauty that draws guests and visitors back to our beautiful region time and time again.
You may recognise our names and faces, we were one of the previous owners of the Keppel's Hotel/Motel were we had the privilege of meeting many great people and were pleased to provide them with a memorable experience in Marysville.
Following the sale of the hotel, Georgia and Simon stayed in the area and Karla has recently returned after 14 years and is happy to call Marysville home once again.
Dean and Isabelle spend much of their time visiting Marysville and surrounds, whilst visiting Georgia, Simon and Karla, they welcomed the opportunity for a new venture with Amelina Cottages, which are now very much apart of our family.
